We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel right at home. We traveled with our two dogs, and the hotel was very accommodating and pet-friendly, which we truly appreciated. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. This is definitely a place we would stay at again, and we highly recommend it to others—especially those traveling with pets.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast is adequate. However, the owner needs to invest in upgrading to Hampton standards. The beds are absolutely terrible. They immediately sink to the side when you sit or lay on them so you are always about to fall off the edge (we had 2 different rooms and both were horrible). The mattresses must be decades old. The furniture looks outdated with veneer completely coming off on the counters and desks. The pool is under construction without notice which was disappointing but we could live with that, if only the beds allowed for a decent night's sleep. In our first room, the cold water only trickled and the door closure fittings were barely screwed in to the door, which felt unsafe. To top it off, there was a guest screaming at the top of their lungs in the middle of the night and police came to address the situation, then stood talking noisily right in the hallway for a long time after things were settled and kept us awake. Over 2 hours of no sleep due to that situation on top of terrible sleep from the mattresses meant that we completely lost a day of our travel, trying to find some way to get a bit of sleep. It is shameful that this place charges Hampton prices for the quality of the rooms. The hotel desperately needs an upgrade.

My family stays here several times per year when we travel for holidays. This stay (11/26/25) we paid the pet deposit and placed the linen bath mat on the floor to put our dog’s food bowl on so as to not make a mess of their floor. There was noticeable dog food residue on the bath mat, which we figured was no big deal as it certainly comes out in the wash. We were charged damages for this.
The quality of the hotel in recent years has degraded and the new staff are rude while sporting inauthentic smiles.
We will find a new hotel for our trips, operated by individuals with integrity.

Great location. Checked into room. Not one piece of linen in the room (no washcloths, hand towels, bath towels) went to call the front desk… phone in room did not work. It was late so figured I would address next day. The next evening when I got back from work I stopped at the front desk asking for some towels. I asked for two towels. 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. Explaining I had NONE in my room upon check in and the phone didn’t work to call down front. No apology. I was told I’ll see what I have. She came back with 1 washcloth. 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel and said “this is all I have”. Stated they could bring me more in the morning. Told them I was checking out in the morning needed tonight and that was it. I just had to be happy with what I was given. The room was honestly gross and needs lots of structural help. Wall paper peeling. Rust on door and mirrors. Paint on ceiling peeling and obvious patching. Shower mold. Fitted sheet was too small kept coming off corners of bed. The breakfast was not great and they had “cold items” on ice packs that were melted. My cream cheese and yogurt were warm. Hampton Inns are usually very nice this was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. For A Hilton hotel you just expect more, and this was not more. Especially for the price. I felt the other reviews were very misleading.
