Check in was seamless and the staff was friendly. My room was exceptional. It was clean and relaxing. It had a very nice kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The breakfast was a typical hotel, continental breakfast. What I found particularly impressive was the hotel's Happy Hour. Each night that I stayed they offered complimentary drinks and a decent amount of snacks and food. This was more than I had expected and was very impressive. I hope to stay again!

I happen to ask Alina for extra towels and she was so rude in explaining that I needed an ID for a towel. Im shocked because she seemed so nice and eager to help the white guests. I felt immediately angry as if..... however the rooms were great and breakfast was great. Without Alina it would be a 9 out of 10. With Alina its a hard 3 for me

My 1 king room had everything we needed and more -king bed and sofa pullout was so comfortable, lots of extra linens, kitchenette with fridge, sink and 2 burners. Breakfast had so many options, coffee was great. Great outdoor space, beautiful maintained gardens. Very friendly helpful staff. Getting here after a long road trip I was able to check in early. This hotel is 10 out of 10
