As a result, I did not receive any loyalty points for my stay. > I specifically chose this location over a competing one based on its slightly better online reviews, but I regret that decision now. > While the hotel was clean and the non-management staff were great, the management and front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. > I demand that my original reservation be reinstated, the correct loyalty points be credited to my account, and the overcharge be resolved immediately.
