    The price for this Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg is absolutely not justified by the room quality. While the two staff members were kind (checkout clerk asked how our stay was and I said “could’ve been a lot better” she went ahead with her checkout process and didn’t even ask why) Our stay was severely impacted by maintenance and cleanliness failures. The most alarming issue was the visible mold growing in the shower and whirlpool tub (photos provided). This made the bathroom unusable, forcing us to shower off-site at a local gym. Beyond the hygiene issue, the room had several deferred maintenance problems: * Poorly patched holes and water stains on the walls and ceiling. * The couch had a torn hole in the fabric. * Stains were visible on the nightstands. We were required to be in the area and did not raise a fuss, but the condition of this room is unacceptable for a Hilton-brand hotel. The property requires immediate and serious attention to cleanliness and repairs.

    Perfect Stay for My Family Who Attended My Daughter’s Wedding It was a destination wedding for us, and we had 22 family members traveling. We booked 19 rooms, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From setting up the master account to the final check-out, everything felt seamless and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Things happened BUT the entire hotel team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Dejon, Shawna, Keisha, and so many others for their professionalism, kindness, and ongoing support. They assisted us with everything including last-minute changes and thoughtful recommendations and did so with warmth and grace.thanks thanks thanks The Saturday and Sunday private breakfast buffet was beautifully hosted by Heather T., Felecia, Debbie, and Jodi, who were friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone started their day with a smile. My only issue was I prepaid for 30 guests, but fewer than half attended. We also weren’t able to send the food to their rooms, and many of our guests were arriving from overseas and dealing with jet lag. So we ended eating at the nearby restaurant as well. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful and always ready to help. And I’m certain there was a full behind-the-scenes team supporting us throughout the weekend, so thank you to all of them as well. Megan, you are a true leader with an outstanding team who lives by the motto “Try to do it right the first time.” And everyone truly did. My only disappointment was the difficulty I experienced working with Laura from the sales team. Communication was often delayed, my instructions weren’t passed along to other team members she simply oversold under deliver! As a result I didn’t receive the room credits as agreed on & I ended up paying more just to move things forward. Next time, I’ll work directly with Hilton corporate sales team or use Amex team. Despite that, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather, celebrate, and create lifelong memories. Highly recommended for any large family event or wedding group!

    Booked on the Hilton app for 2 days. I checked in on the app as well as sent a chat letting them know I was a late arrival, just to find out after being charged over $400 they gave my room away. I was told I have to wait for the manager for the refund which at this point im demanding double since thats what it will cost me if I can even find a room in the area!!!!! Clearly front desk person had no clue or just lazy but extremely rude on the phone also....... Update!!!! Meagan the manager and Hilton rewards team were very accommodating and friendly resolving the issue. Changing to 5 stars for the way they handled things....
