The past 2 years we have stayed for volleyball tournaments and I find the service at the breakfast area to be stellar. Last year I asked for dairy free milk, the next day as soon as he saw me he had the milk for my coffee. His name is Patrick W.

Used the app to check in but still had to get key cards at the front desk, not sure why but then whats the use of checking in in the app for? Stayed for New Year Eve room 1136 and the view was awesome, facing the river on the side of the neon colored lighted Cherry street bridge. room was clean and comfy. Had two Makers Old Fashioned, was great and perfectly made, had the oysters and unfortunately they tasted watered down, never leave oysters in water before shuckling them. Keep them dry and refrigerated. Ate the complimentary breakfast on the 3rd floor and was ok. See pics.

The rooms were Beautiful, And clean Vut the Housekeeping was terrible while we were there. I asled the house keeper to please Make our heds and replace towles, empty trash and Give us new cups and coffee pods. ALL she did was give us New towels. And The reception staff were NOT friendly at all. there was a bigger woman with short hair there, who Made me feel SO uncomfortable, And even tho Im sure she WASNT laughing at us, SHE DEFINITELY MADE it FEEL like she was. She was whispering and snickering to the gentleman next to her Everytime we would come downstairs. And It was EVERY TIME!!! There also was a gentleman who was middle eastern who worked the deak around 5:30/6pm on Monday Dec 15th. He was too busy chatting it up with his friend, to even be bothered to ring me up for a $5 bottle of water, and he did this the same noght we checked in too!! PARKING WAS RIDICULOUS! $32/for valet Parking when its free at other Hilton locations was just wrong. BUT THE VALETS THEMSELVES WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! OUT OF ALL THE STAFF THAT WORK THERE, THEY WERE THE JOY TO BE AROUND.... THEY WERE THE ONES WHO MADE OUR STAY EXCEPTIONAL! They went above and beyond with us and we TIPPED THEM WELL! SHAME on reception for bot behaving like them. They could learn a few tips on how to treat customers for the valets!!
Was ABSOLUTELY FLOORED AND ABGRY when we saw the supposed $10 "Continental breakfast" they offered. what a joke. We took pur $10 to starbucks and got a variety of more options then we did at the Hotel.. RIDICULOUS!! AND TO CHARGE $3.00 For what should be COMPLIMENTARY coffee IS DISGUSTING! AT EVERY Hilton we have EVER been too, coffee is always free. $3.00 for a PAPER CUP of coffee that wasnt even WARM let alone good, Makes me feel like.this hotel is out to SCAM their guests Idk if this is Owned buy a different Franchise or what, But you definitely could tell They ARE money hungry. To charge $4.50 FOR ONE PACK OF. TWO TYLENOL IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!
OVERALL...... THE VALET STAFF WERE THE ONLY POSITIVE THING ABOUT THIS STAY!! THANK YOU GUYS! YOU DID A GREAT JOB W/ PARKING!!

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but I Very disappointed. Tried shower in evening and morning and water was like warm at best. The fitted sheet on the bed was inside out and clearly too small, as I was unable to get it to reach the corner of the bed. Upon trying to fix sheet, noticed a powdery residue on edge of bed between mattress and box spring. At that point I broke out the iron, pulled bedding back to check for bed bugs. None, thankfully! The ice machine was not working, and when I short stay travel, I use provided shampoo, conditioner and wash. The conditioner was empty. There was no regular coffee provided in room. Only decaf and tea. Not an ideal experience.
