I'm visiting Toledo for the first time on a work trip and I was booked at this hotel. I have no complaints whatsoever. Check-in was easy, the front desk staff has been very friendly, and the rooms are nice. I don't know that work or life will ever bring me back to Toledo, but I'd certainly stay here again if so.

The Hilton is the rudest hotel you can book with. They spend their time talking crap about their guests and being rude in their service. Not only that, but they stereotype bad. My mom spent over $700 on a suite (girls weekend) and they treated us like SCUM. We were the ONLY ones they asked to provide a room number for the free breakfast. Mind you, you can’t access that floor unless you have a suite. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. We didn’t even eat the breakfast #undercooked #stankaf. They ruined a very special weekend. Suite or not: no room service and no pool. I hope I don’t have to stay in this hotel again. And this is a honest review because watching my mama cry was my very last straw.

We are here for a conference and it's mid week and we just finally got heat on the ballrooms. All the woman have been cold having to wear coats, hoodies and more. I know have a bad soar throat and I am not happy. The lobby has been freeing cold also. No hot chocolate available to buy or serve for those who don't drink tea or coffee. Customer service has been very nice. I had to have maintenance come to my room because it has felt cold. I found a leak around the window allowing cold air to come in.. it's been very windy and that how I found it because it was load. They fixed it fast. Beds are comfortable and room is nice. I would have left a better review had it not been freezing in here for days.
