Right beside busy highway very noisy. Hotel is built paper thin. Like Scott tissue thin. Can hear if someone sneezes thin. Lights flicker in room. Left with half a roll of toilet paper and four tissues for a four day booking. Food still in garbage disposal. No instructions on how to connect to WiFi (doesn’t automatically) Complained to Joe (two times) about the noise as when you are traveling for work you are looking for a quiet safe room. Common sense. They put families with kids and whomever above and beside when they hotel is not full. Whomever needs to be aware of where you are putting people in a hotel etc. there was a ni r lady who did help my once. Bottom line is DO NOT use hotel if you are looking for a quiet night.

Jesus. This place is terrible. The staff barely exists and none of them speak English. This is hopefully the last time I get sent here.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here while exploring Cuyahoga Valley National Park. From the EV charger to the dog friendly accommodations to the yummy breakfasts, we felt right at home. When the housekeepers came after our 2nd night they even lovingly staged my daughter stuffed animals sweetly on the pillows. Great team!
