We booked through a third party because they offered a great discount, but when we arrived, our reservation was incorrect and the discount wasn’t applied at check-in. We went to the front desk and worked with Andrew, who stayed incredibly calm and professional while he spoke with his manager. The hotel honored the original discount and even gave us more than we expected. Andrew did an amazing job handling the situation, and we truly appreciated his help.
