I honestly doubt they changed the bed sheets even once during my 22-day stay. There’s also a young girl who works the weekend night shift, and her attitude is very rude. The hotel management really needs to focus on training their employees on proper customer service.

When I asked for help, the woman working the shift had no idea how to resolve the issue. She was completely unprepared, unprofessional, and offered zero solutions. Being double charged is unacceptable, and the lack of competence from the staff made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
