    For those of you using CLC/Corpay they charge a 75$ incidental fee per night of the stay which isn't listed until you get to the counter, also hey management; Corpay customers aren't required to pay incidental fees per your contract

    Note to HITLON management: CLOSE THIS HOTEL UNTIL CONSTRUCTION REMODEL IS COMPLETE! Is very dirty , room thermostat didn't work had to open windows to cool it down, confusing signs to use back elevators when not needed, fitness center machines & TV not working, employees complaining loudly about poor management, ... I will stop here you get the idea. Lady at front desk very nice to us, only positive we encountered amd price was low. 2 star hotel in its current state.

    I had a business trip with an overnight stay. The hotel is under construction but the areas that have been completed are wonderful! My room was so nice. It had all the accommodations I needed. The lobby is very inviting and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. The food options were great. Definitely coming back!

    I had a business trip that was cancelled last minute and was stuck in Cleveland for a few days . I was referred here by a local and was so grateful that my stay was pleasant and serene. The customer service was warm and inviting . ( I was obviously bummed about work) but—Veronica made sure I had the best available room and that my stay was smooth from check in to check out. Staff was very warm and common areas were regularly attended to . I was able to get much needed work done with no need to constantly call front desk. Overall great stay

    I recently stayed at this hotel, and it absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, and Veronica was so welcoming and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Every detail felt thoughtful—from the high-quality toiletries to the quiet, well-maintained common areas. The on-site amenities were fantastic as well: the fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the level of service. Every team member I interacted with (India and Stacey) went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
