    Booked: Room with Two Queen Beds Given: Single King bed. I did check in “WAY LATE” because of cancelled and then delayed flight, NOT way before, which was 29th to 30th and I called before flying to confirm my reservation (actually not necessarily). You did not even check my reservation date. Now changing the given ⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️

    My checking in was good. I was offered the Hilton Honors amenities without asking for them. The room was neat and clean. My concern was the television. I tried to watch network TV but no channels were working. I called the desk and was told to turn the TV off for 3-4 mintes. I turned it off for FOUR hours. Network TV was still not working. I called the desk and was told "in this weather" there are issues with the TV. (????) It was cloudy, but there was no precipitation. He asked how long I was staying. When I told him 1 night, he said he couldn't do anything. The employee who looks at TV concerns was not working. He told me I could watch YouTube. There were streaming options on the TV, but YouTube is not an option. I tried to sign on to my Netflix account, but got the same message as Network tv. HBO/Max was an option, but it didn't work either. I'm one of those people who sleep with the TV on. (Don't judge me :-). Next time I'm in the area, I'll stay at the Homewood Suites.

    Had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel is pet friendly, highly recommend!

    The rooms were clean and the staff helpful. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t partake in the breakfast other than fruit and boiled eggs but the breakfast seemed average. This place is a very good deal for the price I paid.
