Front desk clerk was very friendly and the best thing there. Rooms need major renovations, interior doors didn't shut in either of our 2 rooms. Bathroom door had something metal dragging on the floor. Had no sheets or pillows for either pull out bed despite there being 4 people in each room. When we went to the front desk to get them, there were no blankets. Thermostat did work in our room. As for location, there didn't seem to be anything close to eat, and they charged for breakfast... captive guests, I guess. Won't stay here again.

Awful hotel room, breakfast was $19.99 a person I usually check before booking to make sure it was included but that was on me. Would’ve helped if someone was letting people know before sitting down, a few people staying at the hotel were shocked as well but I guess all of us didn’t check our reservations.
Rooms are outdated old and in poor condition.
Cool bird though.

I booked a 2 night stay for 3 rooms for myself and my family for a weekend trip for my mom's birthday. One room had a whole behind the door where the doorknob had went through the wall. When my nephew told the front desk he was told "yes, we are aware". My room seemed to be okay at first other than the exhaust fan in the bathroom looking like it may fall at any moment (see photo). But on the second night after returning from a long day, we saw something odd on the floor near the wall by the bed. Upon taking a closer look, it was ants. Lots and lots of Ants all along the wall and some on the floor in the bathroom. My mom went to the front desk and the asked for help. A half hour later, my mom returned with a gallon bottle of insect spray. No hotel employee to assist, just the bottle of spray to take care of the ant infestation ourselves. We sprayed along the entire wall and about a foot out as well as the adjoining bathroom wall and floor. I laid a towel over the main sight of the ants after we sprayed. (See attached photo of some of the dead ants that remained. We also wanted to use the pull out couch and had to get bedding from the front desk. We pulled the bed out and the mattress was old and stained and in rough shape. My niece ended up just sleeping on the couch instead. Additionally, I would have expected there to be USB outlets somewhere in the room, but there where none. When we checked out I showed the pictured to the clerk and asked if I could speak with a manager. I was told there was not one there but she would put my name and number down for them to contact me. I have received daily request for a review if my stay from both Doubletree by Hilton and the reservation site. I held off on leaving a review in hopes that I would get a response. But, After a week I still had not heard from anyone so I sent a message through the booking site. Now after two weeks and still nothing.
Oh. No warm cookie was offered at check in as advertised.
#Hiltonforthestay I think not.

Checked the bed shortly after entering the room on 10/21/25. Between the mattress and box springs was filthy. Among the filth were 3 live bedbugs. I took them down to the desk and informed the attendant we wouldn’t be staying.

I am loyal to Hilton and only stay within their brand. Our normal local "home" hotel was sold out so we tried this one since it had a restaurant and bar! This was by far the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed at....EVER! At checkin and the smell was terrible! Manager said someone just walked through who smoked some stuff. We booked a balcony room and doors were foggy and curtains were all everything but striaght. The room smelled terrible as well! Every lamp in the room had a crooked lamp shade and the freezer in the fridge area was all iced over. Went to the bathroom and checked the shower and the handle came off in my hand! No soap dish to hold the hand soap bar either. When I went to the front desk to inform the receptionist of the shower door handle he looked shocked but said "we are waiting renovations" for their sake I hope they truly are. The following day we killed some time around town and got back to the hotel before 5 to change for the evening. I asked for a wine glass and the gentleman behind the service desk told me I could just go behind the bar and grab one....which was shocking. Definitely won't be staying here when we come back to visit family.
