  I had a great stay at this location Tru by Hilton. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room felt fresh and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and the lobby area was a nice place to relax. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay and I’d definitely come back.

  I drove down here from Michigan to see a comedy show and book this hotel. Walking in the place is beautiful and recently built in the past few years. Free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was okay. Not great but it definitely hit the spot. The staff was wonderful and they really enjoyed my time here My only complaint is that they do not have coffee machines in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby for coffee. That would be a problem for me if I was on the 4th floor because I'm a very heavy coffee. Drinker if they have that it would make things all right. That was my only complaint. No coffee machines in the rooms. Would gladly stay here again

  The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival, the shower was dirty, the floors looked unswept, and the bed linens and pillows had visible stains, including what appeared to be body fluids. That is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I also found fur on the bed frame, red marks on the wall, and a thick layer of dust on the air vent. I reported these issues to staff, but had to clean parts of the room myself and still did not receive proper housekeeping service. On top of that, the front desk staff member who checked me in was on her phone scrolling while helping me, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, this experience was disappointing and far below expected cleanliness and service standards.

  This hotel although new ish was smelly and plastic. It was sparse and not comfortable at all. We stop here often and have used the Courtyard and Hampton Inn and wanted to try this because it was new. They do the low end hotel nasty having the housekeepers put alarm clocks on for 6:00 am to get you up. We had gotten in at 2:00 am and were exhausted. I checked the clock and it said Off but it was not still set. The phone in the room was broken, the towels are small and old. Stay at the Courtyard in this area. This hotel was awful. The manager took my call and never called me back. Really bad on all levels.

  There's a good reason that it's so inexpensive. Breakfast is $10 per person. Customer service & cleanliness were the only good things. The room was very small. I told them I have a 65 lb dog. 2 adults & a big dog.... couldn't hardly move around each other. It's almost on the turnpike, so it was a little noisy. No microwave as advertised. No coffee maker as advertised. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Glass door shower has no seals so water leaks out everywhere and the floor was very slippery. Went to the lobby for coffee, I don't enjoy strong coffee, but it was extremely weak and lukewarm. I only chose this hotel because all of the other nearby hotels only accepted service dogs, not pets. I'm standing all the way against the wall in the photos.
