The mattresses definitely need to be updated, especially when you can feel and hear springs. Breakfast is tasty, just needs to be hotter. I would love for your outdoor walkway around the back of the building, to become an outdoor smoking section, or outdoor patio. Even a secure fenced area with key card access prior to entering the building for added security. A few tables or benches would be perfect! The building looks really nice freshly painted and with new fresh colors. Definitely a nice location and accommodating stay. Keep up the good work.
