- FVFranco VitellaDec 28, 20253.0EDIT: Updating my review to 3/5. After contacting the hotel they were able to refund part of my stay due to the room issue. While this was still a rough hotel stay, I appreciate the gesture. This was a disappointing hotel stay. I arrived at the check-in desk just after the 3 p.m. check-in time. I had already checked-in on the Hilton app, but needed to show my ID to get a digital key. There was one person at the desk, but she didn’t look up or greet me. I said hello to her, but she didn’t respond and actually walked away from the desk. Eventually she came back and apologized for the delay. As she began to check me in, she shared that my room wasn’t ready. I asked when it would be and she didn’t know. She offered no alternatives, and at this point I had to the customer service for her and asked for options, like another room Another room was possible…but when I arrived at the room I discovered it wasn’t the accessible king suite I paid for, but a king studio - and turns out I still got charged for the suite. The room itself was OK, but not entirely clean: crumbs and trash on the floor from previous guests and the provided dishware was covered in a sticky residue. My kids were looking forward to using the indoor pool. Too bad, it’s not heated and the water was freezing. To cap it all off, the SUV blasting rap music in the parking lot at midnight, which woke me up and I could hear as clear as day from my room on the third floor, probably sums up all you need to know about this Hilton property. Stay elsewhere.

- RRRonNov 8, 20251.0This is one of the worst Hiltons I have stayed in. I am a silver member and king size beds only come with 3 small pillows. Why 3? Why not 4. For more than 5 weeks they send you a digital key and the key never works. They say oh we are having a problem. It never fix it. If the key doesn’t work do t send it. You cart all your stuff up to your room to find out doesn’t work

The room was huge, clean, and had great amenities like a full fridge, sink and microwave. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and need a place to stay.
