Every thing was great. Except for one thing. Check out is 12 yet at 10am you start hearing loud knocking . The cleaning staff knocked on every single door to flip rooms. Even if a do not disturb sign is on the door. And then I couldn’t tell the difference between knocking on my door or the next door and I didn’t answer so someone walked in.
I understand that 10 am is late enough for us to be awake but for this day it was not. We were up very late for work travels and having your last hour of sleep before check out was ruined because I heard the knocking alllll the way down the hall way both sides. Iv never had this happen before I felt like it was rude. And should not be done this way?

Update: Added a star for service. The front office manager called me back to address the issues, and made accommodations for the inconveniences. She assured me they will investigate the issues with that room and that was not normal for a stay there.
The room was disappointing.
-There was cold air coming in directly from outside underneath the AC/Heating unit. I had to stuff several towels underneath it to keep it from coming in.
-The bed closest to the bathroom was off its frame. When you sat down on one side, the other side would flip up, so I had to keep pushing the mattress over.
-The tub plug wasn't affixed correctly, so my son couldn't take a bath.
-The wall was damaged inside the bathroom where the lotion was supposed to be screwed in, but it was just 2 unfinished holes, and the lotion sitting on the counter.
-The pool door was very hard to open. We thought it was closed, and asked for help, but staff said you just have to push down very hard. We finally got in, but had to let other guests into the pool area bevause they also had difficulty opening the door.
I messaged the staff, but all they said was they would pass it on to their manager.
I definitely was surprised because I've never had those issues with other Hilton Garden Inns in different cities.

I booked this hotel for my husband’s birthday so we could do some winter swimming/hot tub. One night, one stay, one goal. We asked the pool hours at check in. Then we came down in our bathing suits immediately after checking in, asking which way the pool is. The lady at the desk answered, and let us go all the way to the closed pool without warning. Well at least we could have some breakfast in the morning, right? $15/person for the exact same “buffet breakfast” that comparable hotels would consider complimentary. After our expensive breakfast, maybe we could swim. Wrong! Still closed. I could get past the room being so stuffy I couldn’t breathe, and the dark ominous spots on the ceiling (and what seemed to be nicotine or something dripping down the bathroom walls), but the money we shelled out for a hotel right down the street from us was wasted while we did the walk of shame in our bathing suits around a hotel without staff warning.

Had a group of rooms for our company party. The front desk was very nice and friendly. They explained things that I had ? on, I travel a lot and something they said was a bit off.
The rooms were perfect, bedding was nice and soft and comfy. Wish they had more towels in the rooms, especially if there are 2 people traveling in the room. A woman needs one for our hair. Plenty of plugs/USB ports - love that. Easy check in-check out. Their rates are a bit on the high end, but if that is the rate in the Perrysburg area, then ok. Would stay there again.

Decided to take me and my wife here to get away from the cold weather we’ve been experiencing. We came here to relax in the hot pool and hot tub but the actual pool was cold while the hot tub was actually hot. We’re Hilton members and it was really depressing to see the actual pool was cold while the only the hot tub was warm. Another thing was that that our card keys were not activating the door to get into the pool and hot tub room. Also I noticed some furniture in the dinning area looked old and scratched. As a member to Hilton I was disappointed in the hotel expectations.
