I had an amazing stay at this hotel. My room was very clean and the staff were all exceptional (but most especially Anthony in breakfast, he was so friendly and helpful. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion)...

First time staying here and staff was very nice and rooms were clean . Also great location to shop and relaxing . Only downside I thought was no continental breakfast included . They did offer buffet breakfast but an additional 15 dollars per person . Wasn’t use to that usually included in the stays elsewhere .

The facility was great. The location was great... very cute shopping and dining area. The beds in our particular room were awful. But we let the management know and normally we never complain. Management made things right. And FYI they are slowly updating the rooms. We just happened to get a room that hadn't been yet.

So-So ... GOOD STUFF: - Room was clean and well-stocked. - Accommodated dog companion. - Nice grounds. Well-kept. - Good eatery selection at the Levis Commons. NOT GREAT: - Staff was not at the desk when I went to check in at around 4:00pm. They were in the back room chatting. One eventually came out and checked me in and then directed me to the elevator. I did not understand the directions, and I asked for clarification. He repeated the same thing he had previously said, and it was clear that he did not want to clarify further when I asked again. So, I left it alone from then on and figured it out on my own. - This hotel seems to be an event destination. So, lots of people and parties going on in the environment. Nothing wrong with that per se, but be prepared to share the space with crowds of party-goers.

We attended a wedding last night. It was a nice venue and the food was delicious, but they are not careful when it comes to food allergies. Guests were asked in the invitation about allergies which I marked. My table card had an asterisk on it, indicating my allergy. However, the kitchen never received word until an employee working the event (Michean: whom I know personally and well) checked with the kitchen and told them. She notified me and told me to talk with my server. Once the food arrived, the server tried to give me the regular dish and I had to request the allergen free one. At that point, the kitchen made my meal. It was disappointing that I had to wait and not eat with the others at my table especially since the kitchen was given a heads up and my allergen was noted on my card from the hotel. I know to ask and carry my epi pen, but it is scary to think what might have happened if I didn't know someone working the event. Food allergies are not just an inconvenience and need to be taken seriously. To spite the food debacle, the server and other people working the event were very kind and accommodating and the wedding was beautiful.
