    Stayed 5 nights, Sunday through Friday, and only had room made once! Didn't even have enough clean towels for 1 person for the week. I've gotten used to the bs 'every-other-day' sub-par service, but is this really now the norm at 2-star lodging ?? I disturbed the young girl at the front desk when she had to take her headphones off to speak to me. She was so kind to inform me that you need to request to have your room serviced. I don't plan on returning to this Hilton property.

    The hotel was nice. Very quiet. The breakfast was good. We only eat carnivore-ish, and the meat and egg selection were great. The beds were a little creaky metal when getting on and off the bed, but otherwise comfortable. The room was clean. They stated they were remodeling some rooms, but we were there over the holiday weekend and didn't hear or see any construction. We definitely would stay here again.

    On November 23, 2025, I left my room with the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed. Despite this, housekeeping entered and removed several of my personal items, including my clothes and charger. When I returned, staff initially denied finding my charger and implied I was mistaken, but later brought it to me after 20–30 minutes. This incident raises concerns about guest privacy, security, and proper housekeeping procedures. I request that the hotel review its policies to ensure this does not happen again. This is the first time I have really bad experience from the Hampton hotel and it’s so frustrating.
