- BABilal AkgulNov 11, 20254.0Update ; During my stay, I needed to use the hotel’s laundry room and noticed that both the washer and dryer operated only with quarter coins, which was fine since it was just $1 each. I asked the two ladies at the front desk if I could get some coins, but they told me they had none. When I asked where I could find coins, they responded sarcastically, as if it wasn’t their concern. I spent about 10–15 minutes searching and eventually found the coins myself. After returning to the hotel, I needed to buy detergent. When I asked the same two front desk employees, they went inside and brought it out. I gave them $10, and when they opened the register to give me change, I saw plenty of coins inside. I asked why they didn’t give me coins earlier, and their answer was very rude—they said they were not obligated to do so. Because of this unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Horrible customer service from them. The great gentleman in the morning actually fixed the situation of the second room that we had to pay for since the two previous employees couldn’t do their job correctly. Would never stay here again due to their unprofessionalism. I hope they get further training to improve their extremely hard career choice of working at a hotel front desk.
