I brought my son and was parking the car, the front desk person, walked my son around while I was parking the car and showed him the pool And got him a cookie, (he was 13 and I told him he could do that ) and she was amazing. The breakfast was very clean and very good . Definitely recommend. The pool was also open, heated and CLEAN

From the courteous staff, to the goodies stocked in the lobby, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the breakfast that was exceptional, this Hampton Inn is hidden gem! The pool was perfectly warm and clean. Everything was stocked and immaculate! The staff was so pleasant and happy to help with all of our requests and needs. For anyone needing a good nights rest, and relaxing place to unwind, look no further. I would even drive from Columbus to stay here if I were working or doing business from there. No other hotels will take care of you like they will take care of you here. Mount Vernon for the win!!!

And the lady at the front desk that answered was completely rude ! Toilet is over flowing and no one available to fix it ! Highly do not recommend
