Great location. Next to many restaurants in easy walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly. The lobby was decorated nicely. Unfortunately, the room was not well cleaned upon entry.

My experience was limited to the restaurant and exchanges with the helpful front desk staff. Love the interior design. Spacious lobby with good lighting, including lots of natural light. Coffee shop in the lobby, which is a nice touch.
Restaurant was quite good. Excellent service, friendly and efficient. I like that they have happy hour on weekdays, starting at 4pm.

This hotel is very new and hopefully after the growing pains it will be much better.
Parking is not free, which really sucks. Finding the parking if you turn a street to soon, is awful. Google took me to the back of the building first and I couldn't find the front to save me. A few signs until the hotel is more established may be a good idea.
The lobby is beautiful. The colors and decoration of this hotel are very well done. The scent is a bit strong though. The front desk staff are hit and miss. The lady that checked us in needs a shirt that is not so low cut. A few others need a training event in hsoptiality. I forgrt her name but the lady there with the guages was friendly and did her best to get us new towels. The café is okay at best. During the time when the café is closed and restaurant is closed then you have no where to use your dining credits or get a drink.
Speaking of drinks, this hotel has a water dispenser near the elevators on the floor we stayed on (top floor). However. It did not work. Asked the front desk and they were confused as to why. I got curious and opened the cabinet and it wasn't even hooked up. Ice is also bagged in a cooler next to the dispenser. Which just causes the ice to become a block and a pain.
The room itself is decorated wonderfully as well. Color schemes are wonderful. The beds are comfortable and pillows great. The fridge was half plugged in when we got there but I got that fixed myself. The doors slam and if they do not slam then they do not close all the way. The shower is huge. I would really recommend a second shower head to make use of all the room in the shower.
Biggest negative was the towels smelt like vinegar and got much worse when they got wet. This made the first shower useless. The smell was extremely off-putting.
The gym is well furnished as well. However, there is no water here either. You can see a hole drilled for the tap but nothing there.
We were told the restaurant was closed. We decided to stop in just to look around our last night here and the manager informed us they were in a soft open for guest of the hotel only. Which was wonderful and saved us from going out in the rain. Staff in the restaurant we're excellent and food well done. They had a limited menu due to the soft open but it was still worth it.
In the end, while the hotel is new but it still shouldn't have had the problems it did. My wife went all night with no water. With her medications, that is torture on her. The towels were extremely awful. The slamming doors really just seal the deal of this hotel not being ready. Stack on top of it all the cost of parking and I am unsure if it is worth another chance. Which is sad since it is such a beautiful building.
