Just off I-75 in Monroe, Ohio, our hotel is about halfway between Dayton and Cincinnati. We are less than a mile from Cincinnati Premium Outlets, Miami Valley Gaming, and Traders World Flea Market. Our efficient rooms feature a comfy bed and large HDTV with premium channels, plus free WiFi.

Breakfast was simple and stocked, there was alot to occupy the kids! I give them props for housing so many kids who ran amuck but they never once complained! The seating areas were awesome when there are so many people staying there it never felt crowded another perk was the outlet mall was located across the street many restaurant options and our soccer fields were extremely close!

Customer service plays a big role in a customers experience and they too failed. Please enjoy the email and photos :) Hello! I am reaching out because of my recent experience at the hotel. Over the last week I was staying at Marriotts and on my last day I wanted to try a Tru hotel, as I previously stayed in one in Arizona and had a good experience. I reached out through the Hilton app about this concern but I think the conversation was disconnected. The people I encountered there were really nice and the lobby presented well. When I got to the room, I’d say my perspective changed. There was a handwritten note on the thermostat indicating to use the AC unit to adjust temp - which is fine no problem but the handwritten note was a bit unprofessional. There were broken or missing pieces on the bed, there was a booger on the wall, and the fridge wasn’t working properly so my food for the next days road trip spoiled overnight. I skipped the complimentary breakfast because I felt if the room wasn’t sanitary then I couldn’t trust the food. I was pretty disappointed honestly, I usually have good things to say about hiltons. But this room wasn’t fit to host a guest. I checked in fairly late so there was plenty of time to make sure the room was ready. I’ll include some photos. But I wanted to reach out to the hotel directly rather than writing a review and give the hotel a chance to improve the overall experience without tarnishing the name.
