The only reason I'm giving service a 2 star is because the breakfast lady. The food was good and she was so happy. The room was clean but needed a lot of improvement. The man that checked out church in didn't know what he was doing in the least. They kept telling us that different ones of us had to move rooms so they packed up and was ready to then they never moved them. We was at the loving and Leading Conference that's when they took it upon their selves to go on one of our rooms without warning and move everything to a different room. Very unorganized and ridiculous the entire stay.

Very clean. I love their lemon sugar soap by the bathroom sink and in the shower. Breakfast had a good variety. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

I stayed there over this past weekend Friday to Monday stay. The hotel was nice, clean and very friendly. Staff was helpful and super friendly when in need of something. The Continental breakfast was very nice and the staff was prompt in refilling and friendly. Tammy was a great staff on duty and went above for our stay and was super friendly in conversation with us.
Room was small but fit the needs. Yes the walls are a little thin but not thin where we could hear people conversation but could tell people were moving around.
Location was in a great spot from downtown cinni or the kentucky lines. We travel maybe 20-25 mins to different areas from our hotel. Milford has some nice local spots to eat too.

Not your comforting and reassuring style as is custom to Hilton. Feels more like an athletic club with sports like graphics on the interior walls. Was surprised to find that the phone in the room had no access to call down to the lobby because there was no cord attached to the wall. So of course I had to use my own cell phone to make an outside call down to the lobby front desk. While using the television at a normal level of hearing a guest knocked on the door twice to complain about the TV too loud
So rather than cause a disturbance I just turned the TV off for the night. I just assumed that the walls and insulation was not adequate enough from disturbing the guess in the next room.
