The rooms are very nice. We stayed in 217 and whoever stayed in the room(s) above us decided to stay up and jump around all night long with no concern for people below. All Management could do was apologize for the inconvenience. I don't believe that we will be staying here again.

The room smelled horrible, the floor was dirty. We were woke up several times from someone stomping about us (3am) and the vibration making our window to outside rattle. Then, after we checked out I was told I’d receive a receipt via my email which I did not and then I was charged twice for my stay! I called to ask why and oh it was a mistake, I’ll refund your card now. I expressed concern about my bank charging me fees for being overdrawn and I was told well I’m fixing it now, I have no control when your bank does it on their end. I have stated at Hilton locations numerous times, I do not at all recommend this location or branch of Hilton, I feel it’s less than desirable and the cost was very close to what it would have been at a nicer location. To find this place you had to drive through a maze to the way back. Not impressed at all.

First of all the rooms were kept dirty. The pool was absolutely freezing.
The breakfast was NOT breakfast
Mixture of smoke and weed in hallways
And that's just to name a few

Tried to check in and found people waiting in the lobby and nobody at desk. After 1 and half hour contacted police to search for missing employee. Finally met someone who knew the manager Kay. She had someone arrive half hour later. Was sent to a room and walked in on dog and other people sleeping, disturbing their rest. Asked management to check out another room before we entered. Had our room at 3:00am. Manager said we could help ourselves to bag of chips for our trouble. Next day offered $75 gift card. I requested my refund for three night stay. They agreed and called later stating they wanted us out and checked us out forcing us to miss out on family Christmas plans just for trying to locate their missing employee with help from police. We were good patrons for many years.
