The rooms fabulous, loved how clean they were and had a lovely sweet and awesome housekeeper. I don’t think I’m spelling her name right but her name is Shawna I think her name was that long. She was the sweetest. When I book a trip again I would love for her to me my housekeeper, definitely giving her 5 stars.

Location is in a great spot with Walmart being close by and other restaurants to choose from. And lastly the housekeeper that cleaned my room while I was there was the most sweetest housekeeper I’ve ever had she went above and beyond for us. Her smile can definitely make your day better. I believe her name was Shana. I think I spelled it right. When I come back and stay here again I hope to have her again I definitely would have to request her. I give her and the hotel 10 stars if I could.

The kitchenette can use some sprucing up with more pots, pans, utensils, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc. The hallway carpets are stained and need major cleaning or replacement. They’re probably better off removing them and tiling the floors.

When you stay at hotels so often and some are in Columbus area some are the Cincinnati area but finding a place that checks ALL OF MY BOXES is almost impossible.. So I thought.. until I stayed here. And to top it off it is the price range of a cheaper hotel for me. Starting with the ease of booking and the price I paid, then the Hilton app allows you to check in from your phone, allows you to choose the room you want and what floor (I have 2 kids so I chose the 1st floor right across from the pool) the app gives you a digital key to your room and a map of the hotel floor plan so you can find your room with ease. The staff was so kind and helpful on both shifts.The pool is indoors and heated and has huge comfy chairs to lounge in. A store full of late night snacks and drinks. Then we got to our room and it was beautiful, spacious, clean, with plenty of longe space and two tvs. Breakfast is amazing and they send you a text when you arrive that welcomes you and offers assistance for anything with simply replying to the text. It’s a real live employee. I text asking to check out an hour late bc the kids were enjoying it there so much and they instantly replied telling me absolutely I could. If I could give 10 stars I would. I don’t know HOW this is not a 5 star hotel but I swear I’ll never stay or pay for a different hotel after my experience here. And bc of it, I’m not booking anymore hotels unless they are a Hilton brand. Great job!
