And honestly, I don’t know why all chains like this just don’t offer TV streaming. Regular TV is so annoying. But rooms were clean and bathroom as well. In general I’d say a little overpriced for location and what you get. Currently major roadwork being done on road to the hotel.

If you’re planning to stay here specifically for the pool or hot tub, it may be disappointing. Other than the pool issue, the hotel is great and offers a comfortable stay.

We arrived exhausted and out of sorts, but the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk service was super friendly, and the clerk was able to get us settled quickly. We got some great advice on where to order food for delivery, and had an extremely restful night. It's easy to find off the interstate, the parking lot is spacious, and despite sharing a wall with the elevators we did not hear anything in our room all night. Our room even had a device on the nightstand for extra plugs and ports, which is just a nice touch for getting things charged. We find that all the hilton family hotels have comfortable mattresses and this was just the same, along with a good number of nice pillows.

There was pink biofilm all over the shower head. I didn't feel safe or comfortable taking a shower. The room didn't feel clean. I got half off my room that night after a complaint to the manager. The hotel is right off the turnpike. It was a good place to stop on my short tour but I wasn't able to shower and felt uncomfortable in the room. The houses I stayed at on my short tour had cleaner shower heads. I would expect hotels to have cleaner shower heads. The staff was very nice but ultimately the stay was regrettable because the hotel is older and not as clean as I had hoped. If you can't clean the shower heads just replace them.

The front desk hostess, Dilister, was very accommodating. I arrived early and she made accommodations to get me in a room promptly.
