  Colleague got off plane at 6am. Left them in room with a late check out (12:30) and do not disturb door hanger. Housekeeping woke them up still like none of that mattered.

  Absolutely disgusted with my treatment at this Amazing establishment on the day of November 2nd , 2025 around 6:45am. Felt discrimination from the staff pictured below. Walked out to my car and an employee acted as if I was up to no good. Than the staff inside was absolutely judgmental and this is uncalled for. When the Hilton was created they treated GUESTS with respect and gratitude. The hotel is great but I've seen better services at the local Thrift store back home. Learn a little darn RESPECT!

  I love that it’s brand new and all everyone I came in contact with was very nice except for the housekeeper named Jen, she was very rude and smelled of alcohol and the way she was treating the other housekeepers was unbelievable. Hopefully it gets better.

  Beautiful hotel, fair price and exceptional service. This property is less than a month old, so everything is brand new. They have some pet-friendly rooms and were so sweet to our two grand-dogs. We were impressed with everything and the staff was fantastic! Jennifer, Milton and Samai were a few of the team members who made our stay memorable for all the right reasons!

  It was my husband and I 11th year anniversary and we chose this hotel because they offer the accessible room🙌🏾. Unfortunately it doesn't come with microwave for food brought back. But luckily had a microwave in lobby. I didn't really like walking out my room to heat my food😒. The room was ok the pillows were way too soft for me but the bed was nice and firm. TV seemed to only offer all the football channels ALL DAY LONG. I HATED THE SHOWER!!! I HAD THE ACCESSIBLE SHOWER SO IT CAME WITH SIT DOWN SEAT, I KEPT CURTAIN CLOSED AND WATER WAS ALMOST OUT THE BATHROOM. I ALMOST FELL SO OFF COURSE I WAS SCARED. I DON'T LIKE THAT FEATURE AT ALL!!! The staff are AMAZING!! The lobby is soothing and seems to be a conversation starter area. Nice foosball tables. Has on-site 24 hour laundry, workout room until 10pm and business corner. The breakfast was Eggcellent 😂😂. But no seriously it was good especially pancake machine, would love if offered other options besides pork. 24 hour coffee/ tea station was ok hot water didn't stay hot and they ran outta tea 10-18-25 morning. They have a variety of things to purchase at counter and around it. Overall I'll say ok for being open 3 weeks.
