    Great room and good space for a family of 5 or more in a room but I just seen a bed bug just horrible.

    I had a 3 night stay. Positives first: room was big, amenities as depicted, great location, they have a very nice fire pit that was cherry on the top. The pool looked the best. Very very clean. Staff esp Nate n Ryan were very friendly. Morning staff a bit tricky. Improvement areas: Breakfast could be improved. Variety is decent. Food freshness n quality can be better. Nobody mentioned that breakfast time for weekend n weekday is different, I ended up missing the breakfast on my checkout day which was pretty demotivating for me. Sofabed's mattress was terrible. If you're advertising it as a second bed, it better be good. Negative: My biggest issue which is why I am compelled to give it a 3 star review was Cleaning. For me, a clean room is the top priority because I was visiting with a toddler and an infant. The floors were very dirty. Both the tiled floor as well as the carpet were dirty, sticky n greyish. Like every hour I could see my toddler's feet n clothes getting greyer because he was playing on the floor. Despite making extra request for deep cleaning, the housekeeper didnt make the effort. I also noticed couple of cleaners working through out the lobby doing some sort of cleaning that's when i realized they should drop the 'act' n actually do some cleaning. Carpets need to be replaced. N tiled floors n grooves need to be thoroughly cleaned. No excuses for that.

    This place is the best! Everything from the lobby, the rooms, the gym, the breakfast, the staff... such a pleasant, comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing!

    This is a very clean hotel with great service. I stay whenever I need a hotel in the area. I left a cosmetic bag and they called me to get it back to me. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!
