The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only issue i have is it is expensive. I got this hotel for two nights since it was right across the street from my destination. For two nights i was billed $330 which is about a $100 more than every other hotel. It is a great hotel just a bit expensive.

While I originally said I would not return, I probably will. The hotel is solid. I learned a frustrating lesson, the Hilton App chatt feature is useless. It's AI ran and the hotel has no clue what you talk to the AI about. If you need to check out early... you CAN NOT use the Hilton app. You HAVE TO SPEAK to a person. Did I know this, no, is there a warning on the app check out feature that you need to speak to someone ... no. You have now been informed. They will not refund you even when you prove you were in another Hilton 2 hours away. Bottom line is the Hilton App sucks at best, its only useful if you want to check in and out at your scheduled time.
