Unlike most Hampton Inns, which are 3 star hotels, I would say this one is comparable to a 1 star hotel ... or a low quality 2 star. I've stayed in A LOT of Hampton Inns across the country and this one surprised me ... but not in a good way. The rooms / carpet / bathrooms / fixtures are all beginning to show their age. Some remodeling has been done ... but has been done poorly. They may also be having some trouble with cleaning staff because as soon as we opened the door to our room (302) the first thing we noticed was a cigarette butt on the tile right in the middle of the hallway by the bathroom door. We asked for another room and the front desk attendant was friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. There were no cigarette butts in the second room (308), but it was obvious the floor under the bathroom vanity had not been swept or mopped (a bunch of crumbs) and there was mildew / mold growing in the shower corners and on the shower curtain. The sink did not drain properly and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.
I almost always stay at Hampton Inns because of the consistent quality of the rooms. This is the first one that has disappointed me. Steer clear if you are expecting 3-star quality.
UPDATE:
I wrote this review last night after check in. Revising from 2 stars down to 1 after our Saturday morning breakfast experience. I went down around 8:15 a.m. to grab something to drink from the breakfast bar. The regular coffee carafe was missing (being refilled?) so I went for the decaf carafe. The coffee was cold ... which means that it was probably there from the prior morning. Striking out there, I went to the juice machine and tried to get OJ. It came out like water ... so that was out. (NOTE: this was not a crowded morning at the hotel ... very few people there). Ok then ... option #3 ... apple juice. SUCCESS!
While enjoying the apple juice, my daughter enters the scene. She goes to the juice machine, hits the apple juice button, and also gets apple juice. Except hers came with a garnish ... several dead ants. Wondering if the ants had been in the cup, we threw that one out and tried again. More ants poured out with the apple juice from the dispenser. We alerted the breakfast attendant and decided that it was probably best to eat breakfast elsewhere.
My advice? DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Yikes ... it was bad.

My room was 203 picked by the digital key. There were hardly any people staying here so why, just why do you give a patron a room by the dumpster. Pickup is 4:30 am. Air conditioner squeals. Toilet paper holder falling off sink. Nasty shower. Room is flat out gross and smells like sweat in a locker room from high school. Only gave an extra star because front desk team members were very nice. The lighted sign out front is half lit. Buyer beware!!

Room was clean. Door didn't close all the way at the top. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pool closed for maintenance. Overall, an ok stay. Not a normal Hampton Inn experience

The app would not allow to check-in and had to go to the desk. The guy checking me in was more focused on his conversation with his friend.
I got to the room and attempted to turn down the AC on the window and it didn't work.
Stains on the sheets. Dead bugs on the side of the fridge. Live bugs crawling on the window AC unit. Paint splatter on the bathroom floor. Bathtub had stains.
I should have asked for another room or left but was exhausted. Filled out a survey sent to me after app checkout and requested a reply, nothing.
I wouldn't expect this from Hilton. For your safety, don't stay here.
