This is like a blast from the past. Retro furniture from the 70s. The room was comfortable. The food was good. I didn't have any problems being comfortable in the bed to sleep.
The room doubled as an office when I wasn't out of the room for business.
This is much better than some of their other silly named places like "spark" that I don't understand the target audience. I look for the qualities of home. I need a place to stretch out, have an office, iron my clothes, and put things in the dresser and hang from hangers.
The food was okay. It didn't seem like they tried hard to make a quality selection or much of a selection.

Came in to see family. Drove 8 hours to get here. The hotel beds were so firm no even 4 blankets would help. My back was not happy. We have stayed at many Hampton inns and other Hilton properties and this was prob the worst far as the bed. They did a semi renovation. But the bathrooms had the same showers u can tell by the older style decor. and they painted the tiles on the floor wall to match the floor. lol
noticed where they caulked instead of replacing. God knows what’s under there.
The breakfast wasn’t bad. Coffee a bit watered down. The desk staff was prob average- some ladies were warmer in personality than others.

The only drawback in this hotel was the incredibly loud toilet flush noise. You can not only hear the flushes from neighbor rooms or above, but seemingly every room in the hotel. These toilets have a high pressure mechanism that probably does a great job of flushing but at the expense of weigh too much noise for a hotel.

Drove 8hr to get here, checking in i was told by Elizabeth at the front desk I needed to get off of my phone call before she would check me in. Then proceeded to argue with me about hanging up my phone call with my daughter. I spend 2.5 months on the road a year, never once have I had a hotel employee tell me I needed to hang up my phone. They do not get to dictate when I can and cannot talk to my family.
