The only drawback in this hotel was the incredibly loud toilet flush noise. You can not only hear the flushes from neighbor rooms or above, but seemingly every room in the hotel. These toilets have a high pressure mechanism that probably does a great job of flushing but at the expense of weigh too much noise for a hotel.

Drove 8hr to get here, checking in i was told by Elizabeth at the front desk I needed to get off of my phone call before she would check me in. Then proceeded to argue with me about hanging up my phone call with my daughter. I spend 2.5 months on the road a year, never once have I had a hotel employee tell me I needed to hang up my phone. They do not get to dictate when I can and cannot talk to my family.

We stay at Hampton Inn often. By far this was the best customer service ever. While everyone was courteous and friendly, your overnight desk clerk was amazing. Upon arrival I realized I forgot to copy some important paperwork. Your clerk went out of his way to ensure I received the copies I needed. As we stayed, Mt trip became extended, and once again he came to the rescue to get my reservation extended. The only "issue" was a lack of parking as you were resurfacing the parking lot. However, your staff was very clear on when that would happen and apologetic for the inconvenience. We will definitely stay here again!

Billy at the front desk was great. Rooms were clean and had been recently remodeled. Wish the remodel had included a walk-in shower. Good A/C. Nice capacity in the refrigerator for leftovers. Bed okay. Love the open closet and 2 cubes at eyelevel; makes it easier to not forget things. Table instead of a desk has a nice look, but not as practical for work. In 2 Q room the table sticks out farther than the old desks, so you are jammed against the bed if you want extra work surface. This cloth desk chair had a high back and you could adjust the height, unlike other Hamptons. Love the 3 hooks on Wall when you walk in. Low light on table, not great for work, but USB and outlet was nice.
