SCAM ALERT - this place will steal money from you. Be sure that IF you book trying to use Hilton Honors Points that you DO NOT sign up for the breakfast. I made that $350 mistake and I hope that you don't. What a trash establishment for not double checking about that upon check in and instead stealing money from me and my family. We will not stay here or at any Hilton property ever again. I called multiple times and was told that only Matt could make it right, then upon calling back the person on the phone said that I had to call 1-800-HHONORS and that only they could help with a billing issue....

Let’s start with pricing. I called and was told $140. I booked online for $98. You walk in it’s nice looks well kept. Stood at the front desk for a few minutes before anyone showed up. The kid working was nice. Then they charge you another $25 for room incidentals. Walk into the room looks fairly clean until you actually look around. See pictures. Trash and dirt behind the tv stand that was pulled away from the wall. Toilet was not clean around the toilet was not cleaned the best. The coffee maker was terrible. Garbage and I think candy in the HVAC unit. Then I opened the fridge to find it not working and old food. The whole room smelled terrible!!!!!!! We walked out of the room went down stairs and told the front desk thinking they would take care of it. So we went to the bar and had a drink. Bartender was great. He gave us one on the house. Went back to the room absolutely nothing was done. Lucky I left the window open to air out the room and it was only for one night. Went to shower and the rod is going to fall off the walls. Went to read and the light on one side of the bed doesn’t function correctly so that didn’t work. This wouldn’t be so bad if the staff actually cared. You cannot darken the rooms bc the curtains are not made to go across the window and the shade is not a black out. It was so bright at night it was terrible. The only thing that was said to the front desk was the toilet, coffee maker, smell, fridge. After that there was no reason to tell them anything else.

The staff here is phenomenal. I've got a ton of tricky dietary restrictions (vegan and celiac), and they went above and beyond at the breakfast buffet to make sure I was taken care of. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had, and their sweet attitude was a huge part of that. Also, when there was an issue with our room, they had us switched to a new one within minutes, and even checked in later to make sure everything was perfect. I hope Hilton treats their people well, because these folks deserve it!

Imagine staying somewhere where people was able to find out about what room you’re in and people having information that they shouldn’t otherwise have. And on top of that the manager completely dismissing you and having cops escort you out because you’re trying to get to the bottom of how such a blatant violation of privacy could happen. Well that’s what happens at the Hilton inn. Manager never had any intention on trying to help nor make it right , instead he had me escorted off the property after I’d been switched rooms and apologized for bothering them continuously (while also telling them that I was just worried about my safety in their hotel)!? $200 for no privacy and to be treated like dirt thrown out at 1am for being upset about my privacy being violated and tossed to the side! That’s also after telling them when I checked in that it was for a reason of safety!?
