After reserving a king room when I got to my room I was put in a room with two very small beds. When asked I guess they had overbooked the king rooms for that night. When I got in the shower the next morning there was no shampoo conditioner or body wash. I guess as a Hilton honors member I expected more and I've stayed at this location before. Just a very disappointing stay this time.

I have stayed here several times and haven't had a bad experience. The property is a little older but kept clean. TV's in rooms are not smart so no streaming options. Breakfast is great though the waffle maker being out is hit and miss. The kids really look forward to it so it is disappointing when not out and could definitely use a second one because it is a very popular breakfast option. Staff is always professional and courteous. This is a large property that has meeting rooms for events. The most negative comment I can make is that there seems to be a serious lack of respect with a lot of the hotel patrons who let their kids run wild. I wish the staff would do a better job conveying an expectation that guests respect others by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours but I also understand that people are going to do what that want regardless of the rules.

Honestly it’s a pretty trash location if you’re trying to have any sort of gathering in the lobby, staff is rube as hell and they unfairly enforce the noise violation rule. Also the rooms smell funky, You have better options for hotels this place is the absolute pits good luck if you book.

Location is cool, very close to Cleveland but not in Cleveland where you would need a parking garage which I personally do not like. We had a suite which was cool because there was a front section of the room with a couch and TV, table, microwave, fridge bathroom then go through another door you could close the door to that room which also had a TV, bed, and window. The breakfast was pretty good, lots to choose from, you can either just get some scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties (which taste exactly like you'd expect, cheap) or they will make you your own made to order omelet however you want which is cool, I kind of expected some sausage gravy to be somewhere but nope. But the hotel looks like it was very nice at one time but is starting to get run down, the tub was dirty, the carpet needs replaced.. if you are looking for high-end fancy this is not the place. It was somewhat dark in there too. Never checked out the pool and hot tub area. I REALLY wanted a room with a Jacuzzi somewhere but couldn't find one.

We originally went here because the rate was phenomenal, but were pleasantly surprised with the hotel during our stay. The 3.7 rating the hotel currently has does not accurately portray the quality of stay, in my opinion. I rated it 5 stars. The hotel was clean, professional, everything you’d want in a hotel/an Embassy. They didn’t provide bacon during the included breakfast, but I asked for some in my omelet and they obliged without question. They also didn’t carry pastries like other Embassies. The only complaint I have is that the shower door kept sliding open while I was in it. My husband and son didn’t experience it like I did. We think it was due to the rollers being off. We were in room 816. However, when we went to get bedding for the pullout couch for my son, we had to go to the desk because it wasn’t available in the closet in the room. When we requested it, it was pulled from a linen closest, clean and fresh. In the past when it’s been in the closet or already on the bed, we’ve had varying experiences. I would absolutely stay again!
