    This is a suite hotel and we checked in with 3 people in a King bed suite. At check no one mentioned there is no bedding for the pull out couch in the suite you must get it from the front desk. In addition when we check in that you must pre register for pool time and only allowed 45 minutes a day. I have been a loyal Hilton honors member for 28 years and I have never been treated with this much disrespect. If someone one upon check in would have told me to get the bedding for the pull out couch no problem. But when I called at 10:30 at night to have it brought up their answer was no you need to come to the front desk to get it. Customer service at this location is horrible. No I am sorry sir but the one who got linen for me tells the other one working the desk don’t say anything to him he is being unreasonable.

    My family and I had a deeply disappointing experience during our stay. We felt consistently singled out and treated with a lack of respect and fairness compared to other guests. The interactions left us uncomfortable, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt dismissed and unwelcome. A hotel should provide equal, courteous treatment to all guests, but that was not our experience here. We will not be returning, and I hope management takes the time to address these issues so other families don’t have to go through the same thing. I have all conversations on tape & video of how we were discriminated against and bothered by staff all night.

    I want to say there were positives and negatives. The overall appearance was good and most staff was pleasant and helpful. However the downfall was my room. Initially it looked good. I attempted to shower and had no hot water or soap. Notified the staff and a few hours later was told maybe it was due to the volume of people present. Housekeeping was rounding so this would be fixed. This honestly isn’t an excuse in this type of hotel and the price I paid. 2nd it was not true. I finally got hot water but it was WARM at best!! I still attempted to wash up and had to use shampoo because still no soap. I went to brush my teeth and here was toothpaste…so not cleaned. When I went to get in bed one of the beds had a blood stain. COME ON NOW!!

    Had a horrible experience. We were placed in a room with tore up carpet and dirt on the floor in the bathroom. The furniture was stained and filthy. We stayed four days due to the location convenience to where our training was. The last day there, I cut my big toe on the nail sticking out of the exposed tack strip where the carpet was supose to be! The pool was cloudy and dirty. They show a hot tub online, which was why we chose it. But, when we got there it was cemented in. No hot tub! Although, it's advertised. Building is extremely run down. The maid came in daily but didn't change the soiled bedding we pulled down for her, and didn't take out trash. At night when we got back we had to step over trash in the hall ways to get to our room. Price was high for what we got. Worst hotel experience ever.

    I stayed here for one night and was completely disgusted and disappointed by the condition of the room and the overall lack of care. I’ve always trusted Embassy Suites to be clean and reliable, but this stay completely changed my view. The bathroom was in awful shape. The exhaust fan didn’t work, the sink drain stopper was broken, and the tub drain was rusted and filthy. Paint and wallpaper were peeling, and I didn’t even feel comfortable showering there. I actually ended up showering at a gym I have a membership for because the bathroom was so unclean. There were exposed wires coming out of the wall (no idea what that was for), stains all over the carpet, and even a stain on the curtains. The phone by the beds was disgustingly dirty, which really made me question the overall cleaning standards. To top it off, there was an adult content creator’s business card sitting by the elevators for more than a day. Clearly no one is paying attention to cleanliness or professionalism in this hotel. When I checked out, no one asked how my stay was or seemed to care. It’s sad to see how far Embassy Suites has fallen. I used to count on this brand for consistency and comfort, but this experience left me feeling disappointed and uneasy about ever staying with them again.
