I inquired about a credit card authorization form several times, but each time I was told they didn’t have access and to call back on the day of check-in. It’s confusing — how can a "manager" not have access to the company email? That’s very unusual and honestly concerning. When I asked for their name for reference, they hung up on me. If this is how they handle calls, I can’t imagine how much worse it would be in person at the hotel. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a hospitality business.
