    Good service. The ladies at the font desk do it all, including shuttle service. Quiet hotel, good sleep, close to the Audubon observatory park. Also close to the airport.

    I needed to drop my sister here. It was about 5-6 miles from the Dayton Airport. Not sure I would have found it without GoogleMaps. I can't testify to anything with the rooms or services offered.

    The room was disappointingly unclean. When I went to shower, I found a used towel complete with hair left behind. The bathroom had dirt in the corners, stains on the wall near the toilet, and a sticky floor. The carpet in the room was dark with dirt and dust, and the lamp was covered in grit. The only saving grace was that the sheets appeared clean, and thankfully I was only staying overnight. Customer service was equally frustrating. I requested a shuttle at check-in, and the representative wrote it down, but the next morning I still had to remind the front desk. After waiting 15 minutes, the person working the breakfast area (still in a dirty apron) ended up driving me. The shuttle van itself was dirty, the seats were stained, and I was told it had been in an unreported accident, which caused further delay before I could even leave for the airport. Overall, the cleanliness and professionalism were far below expectations. I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel!

    Nice front desk evening manager and great shuttle driver. The rooms and common areas are not up to Hilton/Hampton standards. Many glaring deficiencies.
