Our newly renovated, all-suite hotel in Dublin, Ohio is located via Interstate 270 north of Columbus, OH. They charged my card fraudulent an extra day stay without my consent. First, they stated it was due to smoking and than when I spoke with the manager they stated it was due to throw up (deep cleaning fee) I don’t even smoke nor did anyone ever throw up in that room. I stripped the room done and even asked the housekeeper that morning for two garbage bags so I can pick up our trash. Smh use to be my favorite staycation with my kids. HILTON look into the fraudulent things the staff is doing in the beautiful HOTEL.

I hadn't checked out yet as I still had an hour to do so, but upon returning to my room after breakfast, I had found housekeeping had already stripped down my room and discarded the food and drink I still had in the fridge. The experience marred what would have been a near perfect stay.

Called the desk and they said the fixed it and I had to go back to the desk and get a new room key. Skip to the night time, it's 12am I have a meeting early in the morning at 8am. They have a bar in the courtyard and throught 2 closed doors I can hear people yelling and cheering like they are in my room with me. Called the desk to be told, "some people are just having fun, sorry boss". Horrible will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
