No buffet as stated online plus the HVAC sheet metal cover was falling off and banging in the wind all night

Thought it would be fun staying in downtown Dayton next to the Arcade… Parked in valet parking, my 10 year old granddaughter gets out of the car and a homeless person runs up to her and is asking her to give him a ride, I get out of the car and tell her to come to my side of the car and told him to leave. We’re cussed out at that point, and I call the police, and get my granddaughter into the hotel. The police don’t come out for about 25 minutes, and tell me there’s nothing they can do. No one from the hotel came out until I went back in to check on my granddaughter about 10 minutes later. After the police left, I asked to speak to a manager. I asked if they had security and was told they did. I told him it had about 45 minutes since the initial altercation occurred and I hadn’t seen any security. I then asked the lady at the front desk if she had seen any security lately and she said she hadn’t seen any this evening. My granddaughter was so upset I had her parents come and take her home. Holiday weekend blown. Not a safe location. I won’t be back.

My review is really for the restaurant. And if it could be less than one star it would be. Don’t let the chef poison you. Eat elsewhere.
