    I am a Hilton gal and always have been. I stay in hotels several times a month for my job so I am very accustomed to hotels. I travel to Ohio several times a year and wanted to try to stay at this area as I am searching for a new “go to” in Beavercreek. Unfortunately, this one really missed the mark. Hot water takes a significant amount of time to get. Literally like 8 plus minutes. I did report this and received no response. The food was not great. We only godly breakfast but I was not interested in trying anything else. (The cafe ladies were very nice and truthfully the best workers they have!) Parking is not abundant and would be difficult if the hotel was busy. The pool. Closed. Not sure when it was going to reopen. Stated maintenance issues. We were able to take the kids to the Home 2 Hilton (or whatever it is called). I had to change my small children literally at the pool there since their bathroom was “down for Maintenace”. I wish this was communicated prior to arrival or when I booked as the staff said it has been closed for a while. There is a man that works evenings. He made a comment about my kids running back into the hotel in their swimming suits and sweatshirts. (Could have gone my whole stay without that) Lastly: the “weed smoking” sent me over the edge. I am traveling with young children who do not need exposed to that. The man that worked nights pretended not to smell it. The day shift staff/manager at least seemed concerned and were at least looking for the source. Unfortunately it was terribly strong and affected the entire floor. Book at your own risk. We won’t be back.

    The young man who checked us in was very friendly, but was also quick to mention that members can check in on their phones and said it in such a way that heavily implied then we would not have to bother him in order to check in. We had a 3 day stay and not once saw any member of housekeeping. When we entered the room it did not take long to find out the sheets on the bed were stained with yellow splotches. Luckily we brought our own pillows because the ones provided had absolutely no support in the whatsoever. I will say the highlight of our stay was the bathroom. We were impressed with the full size shampoo and conditioner bottles as well as the hair dryer. Unfortunately the tub had no mat in it and it was extremely slippery to step into and out of. Finally the door to the room, it looked like at one point it had a mechanism to hold it open, but the other half was broken clean off, and instead would slam very loudly whenever the door was attempted to be opened more than half way. The hotel's luggage carts also left lots to be desired, as well as the maintenance to their sidewalks + parking lot. Throughout the entire 3 days stay the sidewalks were snow topped despite it only actively showing the night before we first arrived. I still gave the place a 4 star review because the staff that I were able to speak to were friendly, they even gave my husband a cookie. The location was the main reason I picked the building and it was ultimately convenient being so close to a large shopping mall, shared a parking lot with food + drink places, and was very close to a car wash. Also the TV provided in the room worked wonderfully. Beds run on the stuff side if thats something you're looking for in a hotel. Personally I did not have much of an opinion, I was rather upset about the stained sheets though that part was disturbing.

    Excellent service, rooms, and food. Great coffee shop (Winans) across the parking lot. Highly recommended.

    I checked in November 28th 2025 I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my stay. Your front desk associate, Bree…made a memorable impact through her professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to assist. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine kindness and answered my questions with patience and clarity. She ensured a smooth check-in experience and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Outstanding customer service is not always easy to find, and her attentiveness truly elevated the quality of my stay. She is a wonderful representative of your hotel’s standards. Thank you for employing such dedicated and thoughtful staff. Also my room was clean spacious and very cozy I will be returning soon
