I was told upon check in that there were no clean rooms available at the time and it would be a 20min wait. I waited an hour for a room to be available along with other travelers. The management at this location is very poor. I travel for work consistently and this is the first hotel I have been too where they had absolutely no clean rooms available upon check in.

What sucked was checking out, asking if there was anything else that needed to be done (I had already paid), being told no and leaving. Then getting a VM 3 and a half hours later to be charged another $75 for a pet fee. No my dogs did not damage anything. Yes that was half of what I paid for the room. I'm pissed. Shady business practice, be up front with your pricing.
- POPamela OlesenSep 4, 20254.0I wasn't sure of the location/ area of town when we booked but it turned out to be ok. There are many restaurants close by and fairly easy access to the interstate. The room was fine. Nothing glamorous but it was clean and fairly quiet. We were in the second floor...not my first choice... and the ice machine was not working on our floor. I went up to the third floor and it worked for about half an ice bucket. Breakfast was eh... just good enough to say they have a hot breakfast, not so good to recommend a stay based on the breakfast. We were on motorcycles and they didn't raise a fuss about us parking under the front overhang so +++ on that front.
