  Horrible stayed 1 night customer when I got there was amazing but everything took a turn at night loud banging noises sound like gun shot when I called they knew the problem other kids causing disturbance for other guest at 4am over 10 times loud noises and finally called desk down stair they acted like it a everyday thing don’t ever stay here I expected better from a hotel managed by Hilton lost my respect for them very disappointed

  If you are looking for a basic room, then at Tru by Hilton you have found it. The room was fairly clean. The tile in front of the shower was lifting and the faux wood flooring and inexpensive furniture reminded me of a college dorm. I did like that to get to a floor with guest rooms you needed to use your key card for the elevator to operate. As far as staff, they were polite, just a little language barrier. I tried to explain the tiles in the bathroom were lifted and she never understood what I was trying to tell her. In summary, if you are not looking for the slightest bit of warmth and charm, it's a good fit. It worked for us because we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower while visiting family for xmas. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but no microwave.

  Our room was located just above some sort of compressor or something that ran on and off all night. Very annoying and couldn't sleep as everytime or turned on it woke me up.

  Great hotel! Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.
