The reception staff get 10/10! Cyre and Aneek truly go above and beyond; I appreciate them for all of the assistance they provided me!
The housekeeping brought my rating down. The first day that housekeeping serviced my room, they did not make the bed, they changed 3 towels and emptied the trash. On another housekeeping day, they left the cabinet doors opened. They don’t sweep/mop because I could see the lemon juice drops still on the floor, if I was physically able to bend, I would have wiped it up myself. Housekeeping, definitely, needs some attention.
The breakfast was tasty, plenty, and a nice variety, one of the better hotel breakfasts. The breakfast staff were delightful. I should mention, I did enjoy the Wednesday social too.
This hotel has plenty of great amenities and I would book here again.
My review is based on a 7 night stay in an accessible suite.

There is always something wrong with this hotel. Either the digital key doesn’t work or the WiFi doesn’t work. This time it was the digital key, A/C and the ceiling fan all aren’t working correctly. It’s a real shame because the rooms are large and the location of the hotel is great. It just seems that the hotel isn’t maintained properly.

I’m currently staying here. I find out about 24 hours into our stay that tv functionality is completely disabled. I am left, with no choice, to watch their “complementary” tv service. I can’t change the tv input to access the hdmi ports.
My wife and I like to bring a Roku on our trips and have a night where we order in food and binge watch our favorite shows. To not have access to plug in MY device is ridiculous. I’m not even asking the hotel to go out of their way to supply something extra.
I won’t be staying here, or any other Hilton property again, as the hotel manager says it’s become a Hilton policy. This trip will cost me $800, and I can’t even watch my own Roku.
Completely unacceptable, and after I pay, I’ll be calling Hilton to inquire about a refund.
These properties are set up as extended stays. Does Hilton not think that people might bring a game console, or dvd players/streaming devices during a month long stay.
Furious. Absolutely furious.
