Our suites feature a kitchen and separate living and working areas. Enjoy our indoor heated saline pool or gather outside by our fire pit. Breakfast and WiFi are complimentary.
Had a great stay at this Home2Suites location! The lady working the breakfast on 12/12 was very accommodating and nice! I forgot on weekdays breakfast ends at 9a and not 10 so we came down for breakfast around 8:40. She set out extra stuff for us with no problem even though breakfast was almost over. Room was clean and spacious as well! Heads up on the mirror in the bathroom it does say that housekeeping comes every other day to make bed, replace towels, etc but I believe you do have to request it. We assumed on 3rd day there we would get housekeeping but we only stayed for 4 days so not a big deal! Great location as well about 3 minutes from Easton mall :)

Terrible service. I booked a room through Hotels.com and ended up having to cancel. Hotels.com told me to go through the hotel, which I did. Everyone I spoke with was VERY short, unfriendly and dismissive, but cancelled my stay and said I’d get my refund in a couple days. A couple days turned into a couple weeks and then into a couple months. Each time I called I was told (with zero compassion) that only one person, Surya (?) can process the refunds. I was told to email her info, which I did, but it went unanswered. I called and emailed (both her and the main email listed on the website) MULTIPLE times, again, with ZERO replies/compassion/help. Eventually, after calling a ton, someone said they processed the refund. However, we are close to 3 weeks since that conversation with still no refund to my account. I’ve never actually stayed there, but will for sure never stay there now based on my experience with this situation.

Everything was going very well.. Chdck in smooth, room was clean n spacious, breakfast was good, coffee n lemon water everyday in lobby, we got fresh baked cookies 1 day.. Very close to airport, VERY NICE indoor outdoor mall was close, on a main bus line, grocery, local eateries, gas station on next block so you can walk.. Looks like a nice quiet safe area… THE ONLY THING YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO or your car window gets busted overnight… You can’t hear a dime drop while your inside… They didn’t call the police to fill out accident reports, people just went out and got a trash bag because it was raining n covered their windows, the customer also swept up the glass in n outside their car… No Security walking around although their was a black fake security car parked in the back that never moved… So glad I took a uber n used Lyft… But yeah we were there for a USPS Training Class… That 1st morning was tough. We were only there for 3 nights and it happened on our 1st night … The good ole WELCOMING TO COLUMBUS BUMS!!

Buyer beware! They will Turn you away!!!
We drove 5 1/2 hours from Chicago to come to this hotel for my cousins wedding. I had booked on the actual Hilton website. when we arrive, they actually sent us to the hilton hotel next-door. The manager on duty had told me that “I have no rooms available at this time. I need my housekeeping to turn over the room“ I found this odd because we had shown up at 7 PM. And all rooms should have already been turned over. We did not care. We went to go eat dinner and came back to the hotel. When we arrived, the manager at the home to suites by Hilton hotel manager had told us they had no rooms at all. When I asked for a solution, she did not offer one. She had given us another hotel across town to go to. When we went, all of the hotels were booked. we were turned away at 9PM. I had to sleep in my car that night. To make matters worse The hotel tried to have it where WE canceled. So that we would not get refunded. I am very upset at management. I reached out to Hilton for them to resolve the issue. Nothing has been resolved and I have yet to receive an apology from the district manager. Disappointed to say the least!
