Do not stay here. Multiple cars broke into. Multiple nights in a row. Law enforcement said they have advised management to warn guests. With my experience management had no interest in helping.

I am sharing feedback regarding my stay from December 22 - 30. While I was looking forward to my visit, several issues regarding the room and facilities significantly impacted my experience.
First, the condition of the guest room was disappointing. The carpet appeared heavily worn, which created an uninviting atmosphere immediately upon entry. Furthermore, the mattress was extremely hard, making it very difficult to get a comfortable night's rest. This was exacerbated by the quality of the bedding; the sheets had significant cotton pilling that rubbed against my legs, which was constant and annoying throughout the night.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the state of the pool. It is in desperate need of cleaning; the water color looked noticeably murky, which prevented me from using the facility I had looked forward to enjoying.
I chose Hilton based on its reputation for high standards and comfort, but these maintenance and comfort issues fell short of the standard I expected. I hope you will look into these concerns—particularly the bedding and pool sanitation—to improve the experience for future guests.

Mr Charles was so helpful with my check in! I had a hiccup but he fixed it all and was very accommodating! The pool is great! The breakfast is great! All of the workers are so kind and friendly with a smile! Everything is clean! Very happy with our stay!!!

Staff isn’t much for small talk or friendliness. Breakfast is weak and rooms /building looks like it’s older than it is. Location wasn’t bad but you have to go thru a restaurant parking lot to get to hotel if coming from the east.
