It's the worst experience I ever had, I don't recommend anyone to stay on this hotel under any circumstances, the staff are rude and not professionally represented, service is the worst you have to ask for every service they have to get it done by default and they won't do it until later in time, cars got stolen and broken in , idk how this goes hotel goes under HELTON

I recently stayed here at the Hilton Garden Inn. 11/07-11/09 (3600 Morse rd. Suite A 43230) I took my son out of town for his birthday to visit Lego Land. While there the staff was fairly cordial, but the issue came Sunday morning when I got up to take things down to my vehicle. Upon approaching my vehicle I noticed the SUV parked next to my truck had a plastic bag over one of its windows covering up a busted window. As I got closer I realized my window was busted as well, along with about 7 or 8 other vehicles throughout the parking lot. I immediately went back inside the hotel. I informed the young ladies working the desk that my vehicle, like others had been broken into. The response was nonchalant and they pointed to a incident card left by the police that was taped to the countertop. I ask about video footage they quickly let me know that video footage was inaccessible without the manager being present. My thought was, with all these damaged vehicles a manager should be on site. So I go back to my vehicle and begin cleaning glass from the seat, window, and the floor. Meanwhile the owner of the vehicle that was parked next to me came out to his vehicle, and informed that 2 nights earlier his other vehicle that his son was driving was also broken into the same way. Not one of the staff members ever mentioned that as I passed back and forth through the lobby several times that weekend. You would think that they would have someone patrol the premises routinely considering the night before vehicles were broken into. It was also stated by the police that this is a regular occurrence at this hotel. Needless to say I won't be staying at this hotel again nor would I advise anyone else to if you don't want to risk having your window busted and your vehicle broken into. 3600 Morse Rd. Suite A 43230

Horrible hotel experience. Only one towel in room, no cleaning service for a 2 day stay, front desk overwhelmed! Then over 20 cars broken into Sunday morning including both my daughters and my truck. Gangs looking for guns is what we were told and nothing the hotel could do!! Maybe if I was warned about break ins my daughter would not have gone out by herself in the morning. A man was assaulted also! Not a safe area! Read reviews before staying anywhere!!!

Do not under any circumstances stay at this hotel. The first night of our stay (a Thursday), 10-15 cars in the parking lot (one which was mine) were broken into and had their windows busted. Two nights later, it happened again. When a friend asked how my car was I thought he was joking. Mine was spared the second time, but another friend who still had plastic on his previously broken window, had another window busted! The hotel itself seems incredibly under-staffed. They had zero security. They had one bartender who also served as the waitress. She was polite and tried her best, but people would end up with half their food or drink orders and have to remind her about the rest. Lack of towels was an issue for anyone who asked. The elevator area outside the pool was absolutely flooded one night because people would be in the pool, have no towels, and have to walk back to their room drenched. The slot on the wall where shampoo should be was empty. Not an empty bottle that was mistakenly left, just an empty slot. I used body wash for my hair during my stay. One of the front desk workers was a friendly guy, but was also blatantly pouring liquor from under the reception counter into a disposable coffee cup and drinking during while working. A maintenance worker I spoke to one day said he was the only maintenance employee. I rarely ask for anything at a hotel unless I need some more coffee or towels. I usually hang the do-not-disturb sign for the duration of my stay and keep the room tidy on my own. So I am the definition of easy to please. But this place failed on every basic level you'd expect from a hotel. The only positives I can find are the building itself was nice and new, and the staff was generally kind.
