My daughter and I stayed here as an overnight visit passing through the city. We waited what felt like forever to check in. When we got into our room, we were so impressed with the condition of the room. They were really nice…until we flipped on the light in the bathroom. Cockroaches scattered everywhere. We immediately went to the front desk to turn in our key and explain why we were leaving the hotel. We were ended up paying for another room at the Hampton Inn and I’ve never seen the refund yet. This is going on 7 months. Don’t be fooled by the nice building and amenities. Stay at the Hampton Inn down the road.
