    Our room was great. My nephew and I really enjoyed the clean indoor pool. The issue was the morning after our stay ALL (and when I say “all” I mean ALL) the cars had been broken into. Also, broken into the exact same way- shattered the driver side window. The staff was so nonchalant about it- they already had towels, trash bags and a vacuum ready at the front desk and said how this has been consistently happening! If it has been consistently happening, why wouldn’t you warn your guests?? I keep nothing of value in my car but now have to pay $500 to have my shattered window fixed. I have always stayed w Hampton bc I have felt they have their guests best interest in mind and now I do not feel that way.

    The hotel was lovely and the whirlpool was amazing. Beds comfortable. However, our car window was smashed during our stay. And we learned from another guest that all cars were broken into. I do wish the hotel was doing more such as hiring security to patrol the parking lot and had cameras in the parking lot.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. Not a safe area. Multiple vehicle break ins every night. And they don’t volunteer that information. Overheard other guests talking about all the crimes. Will not refund, even though they know about the problems. No security, not enough cameras We had to bring everything in, jeep was full. Parked near front door where we could see our vehicle. Didn’t get much sleep. Only one elevator was working, and it was a wait every time. Room was dated and smelled musty. Breakfast was not very good, except the pineapple and blueberries. No carts, people kept them in their rooms. This should be monitored so other guests have a cart to use. Would give minus 5 stars if I could. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

    I would give them zero if I could , they are allowing over 200 ice agents to operate out of their hotel switching license plates in the parking lot , wearing mask, being sketchy, carrying guns , very scared for my safety staying at this hotel

    The hotel is as good as it can be, the staff is courteous. The beds must be the cheapest mattresses they could find. Springy and generic. The beds are not comfortable. Corporate needs to step their game up. The parking lot is ignorant. Not enough parking and it's an annoying location. Now to top it off, we found out the past 2 nights local gangs are busting out windows and stealing out of people's cars. All the hotels I guess in the area. But guess what, the billionaire Hilton corporation still doesn't have a security guard posted in the lot to help protect the guests and their cars. So the hotel isn't safe. We aren't going to stay the night. We will try to get a refund since it isn't a safe place to stay.
