Gross!! Just gross. Furniture needs to be updated. Linens are cheap and scratchy. Paid more than was quoted on the app too. So not worth it. Would have been better off sleeping in my car.

petty on my part, but I would not stay here again. I travel a lot for work...like 80+ nights/year just at Hilton properties. We checked in here on Friday (10/31) for a soccer tournament and Maya was our super friendly attendant (heavy sarcasm). I asked for 3 room keys, and Maya very bluntly told me "you get two keys" and slid them out to me. Rooms were clean if you're used to a Holiday Inn Express. Apparently there was also a cross country meet this weekend and kids were running up and down the halls, beating on doors at 3am. Most of our team stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and from the pictures I saw, it looked amazing. I hate Marriott, but Maya may have convinced me to give them another shot.

Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work and the hotel smells a bit damp, but it was pretty average apart from that.

Garth, the general manager, was extremely rude when discussing an error that occurred on the part of Hilton in relation to identity theft concerns. He even hung up on me when I was just trying to make sure my identity isn't being stolen by someone at their hotel. Basically I received an email that I had checked into this Hilton in Colombus, Ohio where I have never even visited. When I called to ask if someone was checked in under my name they said yes. I was obviously concerned and the girl who attended me on 9/29 at 11am was extremely rude to begin but at least she apologized in the end when we both were concerned that someone who has an ID that matches my name but had a card on file that was a pre-paid visa card without a name was a little weird and outside of protocol where they typically require a physical card to be presented. I had a bad gut feeling about it since the situation didn't really seem resolved and I googled this could be related to identity theft, human trafficking, etc and the young lady offered to give my info to the general manager Garth. When I called to follow up on the situation he was extremely defensive and rude. I don't know what their typical protocol is for this type of situation but I don't fully feel safe without having 2 forms of name verification for example the ID and maybe a CC with the same name on it? Horrible person, I wasn't going to leave a review but he forced by hand when he rudely hung up on someone who is concerned about an error HILTON made and sent to their email. Very unprofessional - won't be using Hilton anytime soon.
