Very disappointing! The inside is run down and actually dirty! The worst Hampton Inn I've ever seen. Got there about 1230am, check in was friendly. Went to my room and if my daughter hadn't talked me into staying, I would have asked for a refund and left then. Dressers had cigarette burns on them(non smoking hotel). Curtains had dirt and food on them. Pillow case had a stain, chips taken out of the nightstands and dresser. Marks, food, and I'm not sure what on the walls. A portable electric heater in the hall, at least 2 rooms had their doors propped all the way open(seemed like empty rooms). Hallway was dirty, elevator looked as if it hadn't been wiped down ever. Had my service dog with me, small corgi. Absolutely had him at check in and night auditor said she made a note on the room about him. In the morning, the auditor asked me if I was staying there! What room! And where are my service dog paperwork! Actual service dogs have no paperwork and I would have gladly told him what service he provided, if he had asked. Needs to be updated on how to comply with ADA regulations! Paid $104 for the night, but it's really worth about $25/night. Do not stay here! There are other Hampton inns, close, went to one in the morning and checked in. What a world of difference! The Hamilton Rd one needs a serious cleaning!! It was awful

Not a good place to stay. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and wet dogs, the bed had hair on it. I pretty much live in hotels every week and this was one of the worst.

I have been a Hilton rewards member for 25 years and this is the 2nd Hampton inn that has been very disappointing stay… 1st after traveling for 8 hours with grandkids we were tired and wanted to get a decent nights sleep but the tv didn’t work.. we had to use our own HDMI cable to get any service even after the desk clerk couldn’t figure out how to connect to cable,… the 2 nd big issue we had was dirty towels folded as if they were clean, not very Hilton like.. very poor water pressure another strike against this Hampton Inn .. so just be aware!!!
