Very cool hotel. Comfy and clean. Valet parking only but valet staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at the Graduate Hotel Columbus, and I want to specifically recognize Kaitlynne at the front desk.
I arrived after a very long travel day and, unfortunately, after already dealing with a frustrating parking situation at the wrong hotel earlier that evening. Parking around the area was confusing, and by the time I called the hotel for guidance, I was already exhausted and overwhelmed. Kaitlynne answered my call with patience and kindness, walking me through my parking options clearly and calmly so I could make the best choice and just be done for the night.
When I arrived at the hotel, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. Even though I was clearly frazzled and ready to get to my room, she handled the situation with grace, kindness, and empathy. She checked me in smoothly, explained the hotel amenities, and helped me transition from a stressful moment into what turned out to be a truly restful and enjoyable stay.
Her patience and demeanor made a real difference. After a long day on the road, being met with kindness instead of indifference meant everything. I slept incredibly well and left feeling refreshed — and that’s largely thanks to how she handled the situation from start to finish.
Kaitlynne is a true asset to the Graduate Hotel. Her professionalism, warmth, and ability to care for guests even when they’re not at their best is exactly what great hospitality looks like. I will return ♥️

Poor welcoming experience here. As Director of Rooms, Ines mismanaged the embarrassing situation and offered no customer satisfaction resolutions.

Rooms were reasonably priced for the location. Had a student and university vibe to the whole place but did not have any good breakfast options. While there is attached bar and Shake Shack, would have been to go to have a wider selection in the micromart.

A great example of something old something new and different from what everyone else offers. It’s got razz sprityz funky vibes and comforting vibes to make you think of moms house with memories of the Buckeye swagger and more 😜
Also this purchase was a solid cycle forward because it really gave the senior citizens a great new home with the money they have for this place a great scarlet glass of ice tea simply great!
