    Great customer service. Staff was friendly and approachable even though we were checking in a group of 100 people with a full hotel. Breakfast is always a high light of a stay at an Embassy Suites. Would recommend!

    We stay at hiltons all the time. First time we stayed at this specific location & the first impression was not great. Shirley from the front desk was snappy and rude when I called about checking in. I requested digital check in because we were coming from out of town and I like to just go straight to my room after the annoying drive. That wasn’t able to happen. I requested 4pm check in, they & she told me the rooms were still dirty I wasn’t able to check in till 5:30. The rooms were gross, mold in the shower, floors were obviously not clean, pen writing all over the furniture, BROKEN furniture. So what did I wait the extra and a half for?? On top of that, I was woken up at 10am to someone opening my room door! We also choose this location because the beautiful pictures online including pics of the hot tub that has apparently been gone for years now? Super disappointed especially for the cost of this hotel. We paid for the amenities that we couldn’t even use. Had I known that prior we would’ve went somewhere cheaper in the first place. As I was leaving the nearly slipped walking out because they salted everywhere except directly in front of the door…

    Terrible. Staff was incredibly rude, took over an hour to assist getting checked in, was told by someone “I’m leaving so I’m not helping you.” Had issues with check in, woman was rude, didn’t explain fees/pricing and got mad at me when I asked how much I was charged for. Only good staff member was the maintenance guy. Pool was beyond disgusting. Water was murky and had a sheen on top, you couldn’t see the bottom, it was full of dirt and hair and food all over the area. Didn’t even smell like chlorine in the slightest. A huge fight broke out and a woman had her full chest exposed, and staff refused to call the police until patrons had to. “I’m not dealing with that.” As they laughed with one another. Hugely unsafe and unprofessional. Breakfast was good, the room was relatively comfortable except for the air not working and the room being extremely hot, and not clean. Hair a dirt all over the bed and mold in the bathroom. When I called the help desk and filed a complaint/claim, I was told nothing could be done because they offered us to leave without penalty, but they never did offer that to me. I am very disappointed in this hotel stay and hope no one else has to experience such a bad stay.

    Had family in town staying here. The hotel looks nice, and the location is good, but it is extremely noisy. Front desk staff is also nice. Unfortunately I am giving it a rough review due to the noise situation. There is also very rough characters in this hotel.

    I would have gave this five star all across the rooms are clean and amazing. The first time we went five stars the second time a week later I'd give 3 stars. The second time there were cars parked on the sidewalk which I couldn't use and being disabled it made it difficult to get to the door in snow. The next morning the man in the breakfast area was complaining that he didn't want to be there and forcing people to get there food cause he wanted to be done by 1030. The first time we were there the lady working in the breakfast area was amazing she seemed to love her job.. and front desk was amazing..
