- ARAshtyn Ricks3 days ago2.0Came from another town to have a relaxing weekend with my son and unfortunately did not have that. The pictures on the website advertise a hot tub and heated pool. That is not the case. They have no hot tub they took it out years ago and never updated pictures. Their pool is so cold I was in it for 2 mins and got out. The whole point of me finding a “nice” hotel with pool and hot tub. Front desk couldn’t do anything for me but tell me contact the manager. I also stated I had 4 people staying in the room when my reservation was booked. I only had 3 towels, 3 wash clothes. No extra linen, blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. The body soap provided in shower was completely empty. The pop machine located in the ice room was not even plugged in! The only thing I enjoyed here on my weekend was the dinner/restaurant, the bar and breakfast. This hotel is not “high” end or fancy as they portray. Definitely not worth $250 a night!

There weren't many options for food at the evening reception, but the mixed drinks were good. Make sure you don't get to breakfast late because they shut down EXACTLY on time! Breakfast was one of the best I've had in recent hotels, and I travel a great deal.

In the bedroom it was hair and someone's eyelash in the bed when the pillows and sheets were moved. The breakfast in the morning may have been old, thats the taste it gave me. The carpet needs to be removed and changed in the whole hotel! The dirt is very noticeable and has a smell
- MWMarLesia WrenOct 28, 20255.0everything was clean and cool, love the bathroom. its just so spacious and who doesn’t love a glass door shower. i didn’t try any dinner but a lot of my coworkers said it was just ok. i had breakfast and the best thing was the bacon but they have a great variety for breakfast. the bar and restaurant closes at ten but there are food places near and you can walk. the person who checked me in was friendly which was cool, he definitely did a great job hyping up the place!!!
