Hotel is modern, clean and well maintained.
Rooms are fresh and modern with the right amount of charm. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. The lobby bar and restaurant was good and the rooftop bar is excellent.
I will definitely stay here again

Service was great. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Loved the fact that we were able to check into our room before the 4 o'clock check in time. Location was in walking distance to COSI and many restaurants. The hotel does not have on-site parking, hotel offers valet parking for 45 dollars or you can park in a city lot.

This is not okay. I am 19 years old, I was staying at the Sonesta hotel just right next door. I was with my grandma and we were staying for the Paul McCartney concert. We were trying to get a bite to eat beforehand and the vine and forge restaurant inside our hotel was packed so we walked inside next door and we went to the central market area to eat. We literally just got fries and they took almost 45 minutes. But even more than that when we walked out I realized that there were 2 gummies in the bottom of the bag. My Grandma joked that they were edibles but I feel like candy or something being included with a meal isn’t too terribly strange. But no. They were 100% edibles. I don’t know if this was knowingly done or not but either way it’s either poisoning / adulteration or if not at least a serious case of Criminal Negligence or reckless conduct. I’m also not even in the majority for marijuana or its byproducts so it’s also furnishing a controlled substance to a minor. I literally do not know what to do with myself, this is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.

We checked in late, 12AM. The front desk experience was a bit off. The TV was so loud in the lobby that we were almost yelling at each other to hear. Then when we went to open the room, the bed had been slept in and the hand towels were used. I’m not sure if they checked someone else into that room? Our name was on the TV display. Maybe they didn’t clean the room? That’s what the front desk guessed.
On the positive side, breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. And the beds are wonderfully comfortable.

Careful staying here if you are here for the marathon. They require you to request late check out the day of your check out day. It was a busy early morning and I didn’t get a chance to ask before the race. When we got back after they said they ran out of late check outs and they would charge us $70 for an extra hour. We had to rush to shower and get everything together.
