Extremely rude desk customer service!!!! I have never experienced such a terrible service at a hotel, I have always used Marriotts and wanted to try something different and never again, should have just went somewhere I know treats their customers better. The room was expensive to look the way they did, the floor was broken and we kept tripping over it, there was crumbs everywhere and we never ate in the room. There was hair in the shower.
It is conveniently located downtown, but you are better off going somewhere else.

Clean and quiet with lots of character. It is an old building so beware of uneven thresholds. It had pretty nice views from the room. Our check in attendant was a bit unfriendly. Our bathroom un 1303 was an unprofessional upgraded embarrassment. I think they gave someone a gallon of paint and 15 minutes to paint. It was left unfinished and splattered.

Valet was friendly and helpful. The smell on the main floor is not good. Like a string mold, damp basement smell is so strong. At 8pm went to get a coffee there was no cups. Went back to the main floor the girl at the desk seemed annoyed to get me cups. Go back to the second floor and attempt to make a coffee and the machines didn't even work. Only thing it would do is hot water. The breakfast was not good, eggs were very over cooked. The room was a good size and clean.
