    Of course, the accommodations were wonderful. But I really wanted to write this review because of the wonderful service! All the staff were wonderful, but I really wanted to comment about Sam, the nighttime desk clerk. He was helpful and pleasant in all my interactions and friendly too! Shout outs also go to Megan and Belle - also very helpful!

    I had a great experience during my stay at Home2 Suites in Canton. Sam at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Professional, patient, and incredibly composed, even while dealing with some very difficult guests. His customer service was top-tier and really made a difference in my stay. Big thank you to Sam for going above and beyond!

    I stayed here with my husband for an event happening at the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and let me tell you, this place is TOP TIER!! The guy working the afternoon shift I think his name is Sam was super super helpful, and engaged with me as well as my husband! The rooms were spacious, the pool was warm, and the breakfast was great! All in all this place is a 10/10!! I’ll definitely be staying here again!

    I responded to the property direct, and no response. Our shower head was defective and we were told from Samuel that we would get a new room. We didn't, there wasn't anything comparable? Then we were told from Samuel that we would have a repairman the next day. We did not. Also, I paid for a bathroom that had a tub, this room didn't so we overpaid. And we paid well, a shame this place lies to you. The free breakfast was reheated and not good, so we made our own (full size fridge, toaster, microwave was handy).

    We have been here a week without internet and they don't know when they will have it. There are bugs in our bathroom I asked to see a manager. I was told 1 would be in Monday morning still no one has showed up. They have not changed our sheets in a week. The sign said they do it every 4 days. I had to ask for them to be changed.
