I stayed at this hotel last night, and my experience with room service this morning was extremely disappointing. When I called to place my order, the lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional from the start.
When the food was delivered, the employee knocked on my door very loudly and continued knocking aggressively even after I clearly told her that I was coming to the door. That behavior was unnecessary and uncomfortable.
What bothered me the most was that the food was delivered in an unsealed, open bag. I had personally seen sealed room service bags being delivered to other rooms the day before. When I asked about it, I was told, “We don’t do that all the time.” That response made me feel singled out and uncomfortable, and honestly raised concerns about being treated differently.
Between the rude attitude, the aggressive knocking, and the lack of basic food safety and consistency, this stay left a very bad impression. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and not what I expect from a hotel of this standard.

Extremely rude staff!! I came into rent a room for a homeless woman and was refused a room because she didn’t have an ID. I was using my ID and Credit card to pay for the room for this woman!! Never will I do business with your hotel and I will spread the word to everyone I work with and on social media what kind of selfish greedy business you are!! Karma always comes back around!!!
