  Review of Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport I am extremely disappointed in my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport. My family and I booked a king room with a queen pullout — what we received was completely unacceptable. The pullout bed was damaged and unusable, unable to lay flat, leaving one adult without a proper place to sleep. Maintenance confirmed the bed was broken and could not be repaired, yet the only “solution” offered was a small portable twin frame — hardly equivalent to what I paid for as a “premium room.” What’s worse, management showed zero accountability. The front desk and manager failed to offer any meaningful accommodation or resolution at the time. After checkout, I contacted the property manager directly to address the issue — not only did they ignore my message, but even after escalating to Hilton Customer Service, I was promised a 48-hour response that never came. I gave them the benefit of the doubt I followed up with Hilton customer service two more times and received zero replies from the said, property manager. This experience was purely disappointing and a complete failure of brand standards. I would strongly advise against staying at this property, as they appear both ill-equipped and uninterested in resolving guest issues. I strongly advise you against this property, risking your comfort with a stay at this property.

  Absolutely awesome. So glad I chose this hotel for a recent visit to KeyBank. Full disclosure - I was once employed in the hotel business so I am really picky! Hotel appears to be well-maintained and the staff is very pleasant. Rooms were comfortable, clean, modern, and well appointed. Everything worked and worked well, including in room tv/video. Only drawback was no NewsNation...small detail. I really liked staying here and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Everything I needed was within walking distance including some nice restaurants. I really struggle to find something I did not like. Breakfast options were great and it was a cozy and peaceful place to say. A great stay all around!

  Booked a room at 11pm and got there at 12:30 am. And the woman working there told me she couldn’t give me my room that I already paid for because it was after midnight and considered the next day. Not only was I scammed by this hotel but the lady working the front desk told me that she marked me as a no show and I don’t have a room anymore. They also haven’t given me a refund since. This is supposed to be an airport hotel that accommodates any time of day. I’ve never come across something like this my entire life and highly advise anyone around to stay away from this poorly run establishment.

  Clean, affordable, and good location, it's about 15 minutes from downtown. Michelle, the breakfast attendant, was fabulous. I feel like she takes much pride in her work, and her kindness was top notch. I would stay there again.
